We offer two types of offices, full-time and virtual.

 

Full-Time Offices

We take great pride in providing you a with full compliment of suite services. We are here to support you and your business. Your success is our success.

• The suites range in size from a single office beginning at 117 s.f. to double offices beginning at 642 s.f. We have many sizes to fit your specific needs.
• We offer our suites furnished or unfurnished. Whichever you choose, we will provide wall-art and white boards as needed.  We can also provide you with a quote if you would rather have cubicles.
• Short term or long term leases are available.  We’ll work with you whether; it be on a month-to-month basis or a longer term of two to three years.  (Some of our clients have officed with us for 20+ years.)

 

 

Virtual Offices

For those companies that don’t require a full-time office, but do need to maintain a professional image, Providence Towers Executive Suites offers Virtual Offices.

We can customize a package to meet your needs:

• A prestigious business address, no physical office. 
• We provide mail, package, and courier service on your behalf and contact you upon arrival.
• Telephone service.  Your own private telephone line answered by our receptionist with a voice mail box to retrieve your messages 24/7.
• Access to all conference rooms or a temporary private office to meet your clients.
• No matter what your needs, you always have access to our other services.

 

All leases are immediately available, written in layman's language, and requiring minimal cash outlay.
